Upload Your CVWe are currently looking to appoint a Home Manager within our clients 50+ bedded dual registration service based in Fife averaging 4's in recent CI report. The Home supports individuals with varying needs including: Mental Health Conditions, Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injuries & Trauma Related Needs.
The Role:
This is a permanent, full-time post, working for a respected Care provider who offer the highest standards of care to their residents. As the Home Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to residents. This pivotal role will involve managing a dedicated team, ensuring regulatory compliance whilst fostering a positive work environment and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families and staff.

Requirements:
* Ideally a qualified Nurse with a current NMC registration & active Pin
* The right to work in the UK
* A minimum of 5 years experience within a leadership role in a care home or similar setting
* Proven track record of effective team leadership, staff development and operational management
* In-depth knowledge of regulations and best practices in care delivery and healthcare management
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in maintaining a budget, financial and quality assurance oversight
* Compassionate, patience-centred approach to care management
* A commitment to providing a standard of care that exceeds both company and industry standards.
