Deputy Manager (Clinical)

Are you a dynamic and dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for making a difference? Go Be Care is seeking a skilled Deputy Manager (Clinical) to join our clients care team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to providing high-quality care and support in a thriving clinical environment.

As the Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our care facility. You will support our Manager in delivering exceptional standards of care and ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the overall management of clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Providing clinical leadership, support, and guidance to nursing and care staff.
  • Overseeing care plans and conducting regular reviews to ensure all residents receive personalised care that meets their individual needs.
  • Working collaboratively with external agencies and healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of care.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for families, residents, and staff, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supporting staff training and development, promoting a culture of learning and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A registered nurse qualification (RN) with a current NMC pin.
  • Significant experience in a clinical leadership role within a care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving resident outcomes.

Along with a fantastic rate of £22 per hour, we can offer you:
