About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our clients dementia‑focused Care Home. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person‑centred care and operational excellence. You will champion dignity, safety and wellbeing for every resident, while fostering a positive, supportive culture for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong, visible leadership across the home, modelling best practice in dementia care
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks and local standards
  • Oversee clinical governance, risk management, safeguarding and quality improvement processes
  • Lead, mentor and develop a dedicated team, promoting a culture of learning and accountability
  • Maintain robust care planning, medication management and audit systems
  • Build effective relationships with residents, families, professionals and the wider community
  • Manage budgets, resources and operational planning to ensure sustainable, high‑quality service delivery

About You

We are looking for a leader who brings both expertise and heart. You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and clinical governance
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to inspire, support and hold others to high standards
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and person‑centred practice
