Staff Nurse – Care Home Airdrie

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our client’s care home team in the Airdrie area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nurse who is committed to delivering outstanding care and making a real difference in residents’ lives.

About the Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care. You will be responsible for assessing residents’ needs, developing and reviewing care plans, administering medication and working collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and personalised nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Assess, monitor and evaluate residents’ health and wellbeing
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation
• Identify and report any changes in residents’ conditions promptly
• Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
• Work closely with colleagues and external healthcare professionals
• Participate in training and continuous professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous care home or similar experience is desirable
