Deputy Manager - Clinical

We are are looking to appoint an experienced RGN as Deputy Manager within our cilents Care Home Team in Guernsey, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for residents and service users.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the overall management of the care home, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices. You will work closely with the Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team of care staff, fostering a positive working environment that promotes professional development and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
• Supporting the Manager in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Monitoring the quality of care and implementing improvements where necessary.
• Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
• Promoting a culture of respect and dignity for all residents.

What We Are Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the care sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and to motivate others.
