Service Manager – Community Care

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our clients community care teams through an exciting period of change. This role focuses on driving innovative practice, delivering high-quality services and fostering a positive and productive team culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of community-based support services
  • Ensure care is tailored to individual client needs and preferences
  • Implement and review care plans, monitoring client satisfaction and addressing feedback
  • Provide leadership, supervision and ongoing support to staff, including appraisals and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and Care Inspectorate standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders
  • Lead on business strategy with a focus on service improvement and growth

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant qualification in health and social care management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Management experience within a domiciliary care setting
  • Experience managing self-directed care packages
  • Proven ability to grow a domiciliary care service
  • Knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations and legislation
