We are looking for a kind, committed Registered Mental Health Nurse - RMN to join their team—someone who shares in their passion for making a real difference every day.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in the daily life of the Home. You’ll lead by example, supporting both residents and colleagues while ensuring care is delivered safely, professionally and with compassion.

You will also take responsibility as the senior clinician on duty, helping to ensure each shift runs smoothly and residents receive the highest standard of care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing warm, person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident
  • Assessing, planning and reviewing care to meet individual needs
  • Supporting and guiding care staff, creating a positive team environment
  • Administering medication safely and in line with best practice
  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals
  • Supporting residents’ wellbeing through both clinical care and everyday interaction
  • Assisting with personal care when needed, always promoting dignity and respect 

About You – Must be

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Caring, approachable and genuinely passionate about supporting others
  • Confident in leading a team and making clinical decisions
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Committed to maintaining high standards and continuous learning
