Healthcare Assistant (Permanent, Full-Time) – Days &/or Nights

About the role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support residents with daily personal care and wellbeing needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. You’ll contribute to care plans, support independence, and play a key part in creating a warm, person-centred environment where dignity comes first, always.

What you’ll do

• Deliver compassionate personal care while maintaining privacy, dignity and respect
• Support daily living and encourage independence
• Assist with mobility, positioning and safe transfers
• Observe, report any changes in wellbeing, and keep accurate records
• Provide companionship and reassurance through respectful communication

What we’re looking for

• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred
• A genuine, empathetic approach to person-centred care
• Calm, reliable and committed to showing up consistently
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset
• Strong attention to safety, confidentiality and professional boundaries
