We’re Hiring: Deputy Care Home Manager

We are looking to appoint a proactive, clinically strong Deputy Care Home Manager to help lead our clients care home in Dundee.

The Role:
In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and vibrant environment.

Key Duties:

  • Lead, mentor, and schedule the care team.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with staff training and e-learning.
  • Oversee resident care plans and build strong family relationships.
  • Assist with budget management and health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare agencies and professionals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A registered nurse qualification (RN) with a current NMC pin.
  • SVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management.
  • A strong clinical background within a care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving resident outcomes.
